Emberpaw Support and Account Deletion
Last Updated: October 2, 2026
Emberpaw is developed by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL. This page explains how to delete your Emberpaw account and the data we hold about it, on Android (Google Play) and on iPhone (App Store). You do not need to reinstall the Game to do it.

Email: support@vibecoredigital.com
Please include your Player ID (see below) in every message about your account.
Delete your account and data
Uninstalling or deleting the app does not delete your account. Your village, purchases, colony membership, chat messages and friends stay on our servers until you ask us to delete them using one of the options below.
Find your Player ID first
Your account has no name or email address, so your Player ID is how we find it. In the Game, tap your portrait in the top-left corner to open your Profile, tap Settings, and look under Account: it reads “Player ID: …”. Under Support, Copy game info copies the Player ID and the Game version so you can paste them into an email. If you plan to uninstall, write it down first.
Option 1: from the Game
- Open your Profile (your portrait, top left) and tap Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account, then Confirm.
- The Game opens this page. Send us the email described in Option 2 with your Player ID.
Option 2: by email (works without the Game)
- Email support@vibecoredigital.com with the subject “Delete my Emberpaw account”.
- Include your Player ID. If you no longer have it, tell us as much as you can: whether you played on Android or iPhone, your player name, your colony, your friend code, roughly when you last played, and a Google Play order number or Apple order ID if you ever bought something.
- We may ask you to complete a short step to show the account is yours, so that nobody else can delete it.
What happens next
- We confirm that we received your request, normally within 7 days.
- We delete the account within 30 days of verifying it is yours, and email you when it is done.
- Deletion is permanent. Your village, heroes, unspent Embers, items and purchases are gone on every device and cannot be restored or refunded. If you open the Game again afterwards, it starts a brand-new account.
Before you delete
- Cancel Warmth Club first. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
- If you lead a colony, consider handing it to another member first.

|---|---|---|
| Purchase records (product, date, price, hashed transaction reference), with no game data | Tax and accounting law; stopping the same purchase being credited twice | 7 years |
| Reports and moderation decisions about the account, and reported chat messages | Safety, and legal duties such as the EU Digital Services Act | Up to 2 years (reported messages up to 180 days) |

Some data is held by other companies and is not deleted by us: your purchase history with Google Play or the App Store, and advertising data held by Google AdMob. You can manage these in your Google or Apple account and reset your device’s advertising ID in your phone’s settings.
Other privacy requests
You can also ask for a copy of your data, or to correct it, by emailing us with your Player ID. Parents can make these requests for a child’s account. Details are in the privacy policy: Android · iOS.
