Terms of Service for Boutiquo (Android)
Effective Date: October 31, 2026 · Last Updated: October 31, 2026
1. The deal
Boutiquo is made by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL, British Columbia, Canada. By playing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play. The Game is for players 13 and older.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Boutiquo on Android devices you own or control, for your own fun and not for redistribution. The Game, its characters, clothes, decor, art, music and code remain ours or our licensors’.
3. Coins, gems and in-game items
- Coins, gems, items, decor and everything else in the Game are a licence to use digital content inside the Game. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the Game.
- Gem packs are processed by Google Play under its terms, prices and refund rules. Each pack shows exactly how many gems it contains. Gems are used up when spent, so they are not restored on a new device; your whole boutique, gems included, can move with online play’s transfer code.
- Magic Boxes are opened with in-game coins only, never with gems or real money. Every piece in a box is listed, and a box never gives the same piece twice.
4. Online play
- Online play is optional. Other players can visit your boutique, see its name, level, decor, stock and your avatar’s outfit, like it and, if you are friends, send gifts.
- You can name your avatar and your boutique. Names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, an impersonation of someone else, an ad, a link or contact details, and must not include anyone’s real personal information. There is no chat.
- You can report a player from their boutique or from the Runway, and block them. We review reports and may reset a name, hide a boutique from other players, or turn off online play for an account that breaks these rules. You keep playing offline and keep what you bought. Think we got it wrong? Email support@vibecoredigital.com.
- Please do not file false reports or use names to harass anyone.
- Keep your transfer codes private: anyone with a valid code can move your boutique to their device.
- You can delete your online data at any time in Settings → Delete online data.
5. Fair play
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, tampering with the Game’s save or network traffic, or automating play.
- No decompiling, modifying or redistributing the Game except where the law says we cannot forbid it.
- We may remove a boutique from online play, or reset online rewards, that we reasonably believe were gained by cheating. We will not take away content you paid for without telling you why at support@vibecoredigital.com.
6. Availability and changes
We keep improving the Game: items, prices in coins, events and features change over time. We may update, suspend or stop the Game, online play or parts of them. If we ever stop online play for good, we will give notice in the Game first and the Game will keep working offline with the boutique on your device.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law of your home country or province, including under British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
8. Liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from playing, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections where you live. When we change these terms we update the date at the top; big changes are also shown in the Game.
