Privacy Policy for Fluffpile (iOS)
Effective Date: October 9, 2026 · Last Updated: November 3, 2026
1. Who we are
Fluffpile (the “Game”) is developed by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL, British Columbia, Canada (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy covers the iOS version of Fluffpile from the App Store. The same game on Google Play has its own policy.
Contact for every privacy question or request: support@vibecoredigital.com.
2. The short version
- You do not need an account, a name, an email address or a phone number to play.
- Your progress (scores, discovered cats, level, settings) is saved on your device only. The Game has no cloud save and we run no server that receives your game data.
- Ads are optional reward videos plus occasional ads between runs, served by Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the Game asks for consent first, and you can play without personalised ads.
- Purchases go through Apple's App Store (StoreKit); we never see your payment details.
- We do not sell personal information and we do not track you across other apps.
3. Information handled by the Game
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress (scores, daily bests, discovered cats, account level, quest progress, settings) | On your device only | So the Game works and remembers your progress |
| Purchase entitlements (for example Remove Ads, cosmetic themes) | On your device and with Apple's App Store (StoreKit) | To deliver and restore what you bought |
| Advertising data (device identifiers, coarse ad metrics), collected by Google AdMob | Google's systems | To show and measure ads; personalised only with consent where consent applies |
| Leaderboard scores and achievements (optional, only if you sign in to Apple Game Center) | Apple Game Center | Rankings and achievements you choose to join |
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or any biometric data. The Game has no chat.
4. Ads
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Reward videos are always your choice; interstitial ads appear only between runs and are removed by the Remove Ads purchase. Where consent rules apply, a consent dialog from Google (UMP) appears before any ad runs, and you can change your choice later from the Game's settings.
AdMob's practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
On iOS we do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Ads on iOS are served without personalised-ad identifiers.
5. Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We receive confirmation of the product and a transaction reference so the Game can deliver it; we never receive your card or bank details. Prices and refunds follow the App Store's rules, and nothing in the Game is a paid random reward: you always see exactly what you buy.
6. Children
The Game targets players 13 and older on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where consent rules apply, ads stay non-personalised unless an adult consents.
7. Your choices and rights
- Play without personalised ads: decline in the consent dialog, or buy Remove Ads to drop interstitials.
- Delete your data: see Delete your data.
- Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EEA/UK or PIPEDA in Canada) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Write to support@vibecoredigital.com and we will help.
8. Security and retention
Game data stays on your device until you delete it (in the Game: Settings, Help & Privacy, Delete my data; or uninstall the Game). We keep no copy of it. Third parties (Google, Apple, Unity) keep data per their own policies.
9. Changes
We will update this page when the Game's data practices change and adjust the date at the top.
