1. The deal

Fluffpile is made by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL, British Columbia, Canada. By playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play. The Game is for players 13 and older.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Fluffpile on iOS devices you own or control, for fun and not for redistribution. The Game, its cats, art, music and code remain ours or our licensors'.

3. Fair play

• No cheating, exploiting bugs for advantage, tampering with the Game's data or automating play for leaderboard positions.
• No decompiling, modifying or redistributing the Game except where the law says we cannot forbid it.
• We may remove leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe are cheated.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the App Store under its terms, prices and refund rules. Purchases unlock digital content inside the Game, have no money value outside it, and every purchase shows exactly what it contains. The Remove Ads purchase and cosmetic unlocks can be restored on a new device through the App Store.

5. Availability and changes

We keep improving the Game: balance, events and features change over time. We may update, suspend or stop the Game or parts of it. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer right you have under the law of your home country or province, including under British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

6. Liability

The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from playing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, without taking away mandatory consumer protections where you live.
