1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Hyper Bounce (the “Game”), developed by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. This page covers the Android version from Google Play.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Hyper Bounce for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

3. Eligibility

Hyper Bounce is an arcade brick breaker suitable for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the Game with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Purchases require permission from the account holder responsible for the payment method.

4. Your Progress and Save Data

• Level unlocks, high scores, settings and your Remove Ads entitlement are stored on your device. There is no account and no cloud save.
• Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or switching devices will lose your progress. Remove Ads is the exception and can be restored, as described below.
• Save data is yours. We never see it, and it is not uploaded to us.

5. Purchases

• Remove Ads is the Game’s only purchase. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as required by law or by Google Play policy. Refunds are requested from your Google Play order history, not from us.
• The entitlement is tied to your Google account and restores automatically when you reinstall or sign in on another device.
• Removing ads suppresses the banner and the interstitial. The optional rewarded ad that revives a run is replaced by granting the revive directly.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes and account charges.

6. Redeem Codes

Promotional codes entered on the Redeem screen may grant the Remove Ads entitlement. Codes are validated on your device, are single-use per device, have no cash value, are not sold, and may expire. We may invalidate codes that were obtained or shared improperly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit, tamper with saved data, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the Game, or otherwise disrupt it, its leaderboards, or other players. Scores that appear invalid may be excluded.

8. Leaderboards and Google Play Games

The Game keeps a local best-runs list on your device that works with no sign-in. The global leaderboard uses Google Play Games and is optional: signing in is only needed if you choose to post or view global scores, and it is governed by Google’s terms. Signing in makes your Play Games display name and score visible to other players. We may remove scores we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

9. Advertising

Hyper Bounce shows ads through Google AdMob unless you buy Remove Ads: a banner on the menu, an interstitial after every third game over, and an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch to continue a run. Where required (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), a consent form appears on first launch, and you can change your choice later from Privacy settings in the Game’s Settings screen or in your device’s advertising settings. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Game, its levels, artwork, soundtrack, sound effects, code and all related trademarks are original work owned by VibeDeV and VIBECORE DIGITAL or their licensors, and are protected by law. Your license does not transfer any of these rights to you.

11. Disclaimer

Hyper Bounce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every level, leaderboard or ad will behave as expected on every device.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

By playing Hyper Bounce, you agree to these Terms of Service.
