I bought Remove Ads and reinstalled. How do I get it back?
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase tied to your store account and restores automatically when you reopen the game. If it does not, email us with the store account's region and the approximate purchase date.
My progress disappeared.
Progress, high scores and settings are stored only on your device, so they are removed if you uninstall the game or reset the device. They are not held on any server of ours.
The leaderboard looks empty.
The global leaderboard only fills in once the game is publicly released and other players have posted scores. Your own best runs on that device always show.
How do I change my ad/consent choice?
Where the EEA/UK consent prompt applies, open Settings → Privacy settings inside the game. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account, login or registration. The game is fully playable offline the moment it launches.
