Terms of Service for Tappy Bird (Android)

1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Tappy Bird (the “Game”), developed by VibeDeV and published by VIBECORE DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. This page covers the Android version from Google Play. The iOS release is published under a different name, Pixel and Plume, and has its own Terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tappy Bird for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
3. Coins and Bird Skins
- Coins and bird skins are a limited license to use in-game content. Skins are purely visual and do not affect how the Game plays.
- They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Virtual items may be modified or discontinued at any time.
- Coins, skins and settings earned in-game are stored only on your device, so uninstalling the app or resetting progress removes them and we cannot restore them.
- If you sign in to Google Play Games, your high score is also submitted to Google's leaderboard service and is governed by Google's terms.
- Items bought with real money, such as Remove Ads and the Premium Pack, are tied to your Google account and are restored automatically when you sign in again.
4. Purchases
- Real-money purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except as required by law or by Google Play policy. Refund requests are handled by Google, not by us.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes and account charges.
- “Remove Ads” removes banner and interstitial advertising. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch one for coins.
5. Redeem Codes
- Redeem codes are a promotional courtesy, not a purchase, and may be limited to one use.
- Codes may expire, and we may decline or invalidate codes that appear altered, shared or obtained improperly.
- Codes have no cash value.
7. Leaderboards and Google Play Games
Optional Google Play Games Services features are governed by Google's terms. We may remove scores we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
8. Advertising
The Game is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Where required, we ask for your consent before serving personalised ads, and you can change or withdraw that consent from Settings → Privacy Settings in the Game. See our Privacy Policy for what the ad providers collect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, exploit, modify, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Game, its leaderboards or other players. We may limit access to features, or remove scores, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
